To commend the struggle of freedom fighters who fought for India’s freedom, Independence Day was celebrated under the banner of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotshav” where students and staff members paid tribute to the nation and freedom fighters of India. Students and staff members who were present on the occasion enthusiastically took part in the "Panch Pran" pledge-taking ceremony holding mud Diya in their hands to understand the significance and to step towards a new direction with new resolve.

In a poignant tribute to bid adieu, a heartfelt Farewell function was organized on 02/08/2023for all outgoing students of the batch 2020-23. Students enthusiastically participated in various cultural activities and games. The outgoing students shared their experiences during their three years stay in college. They expressed their gratitude towards the teachers and administration for giving excellent academic exposure and providing the platform to groom their personality.

To mark the culmination of students' academic pursuits and to usher them into a new phase of life with inspiration and celebration, “Graduation Day” was organized on 01/08/2023for all final-year students. Mr. Mana Mohan R was invited as the Chief Guest and addressed the students. Graduating students administered oath and were issued certificates of Best Outgoing Student of the year, Excellence in Academics, Sports and NCC.
The “Annual College Day” was celebrated to reminisce acknowledge, and exhibit the achievements of the institution for the past one year. With this in mind and to boost the morale of the students, “Annual College Day” was organized for all students of all streams. The University rank holders who attained a sterling record in B.com –Logistic. Students were honored for their brilliant academic achievement. Students were rewarded for their sincere efforts during the Advithya Inter-Class competition. Students from different streams presented varieties of cultural programmes. The celebration was a most memorable event for all.

To boost once self-esteem and expression, “Face Painting” inter-class competition was organized on 06/06/2023. The theme “Mother Earth” (or) “Nature”, on the occasion of “World Environment Day”. Face painting is a fun activity. It encourages creativity and self-expression, as individuals are able to come up with their own designs and ideas. The main aim of the competition was to create awareness on saving mother earth. Faces painting were judged on the basis of presentation and neatness.

Cooking is an art and everyone has culinary skills in cooking. To inculcate some basic life skills in form of the fireless cooking. “Cooking without fire” inter-class competition was organized for all stream students. The main aim of the competition was to create interest in culinary skills that will help students in the future. Students made delicious healthy snacks and nutritious food and enthusiastically participated and enjoyed the competition.

The 74th Republic Day was celebrated on January 26, 2023 to commemorate the adoption of the Indian Constitution. This occasion marks the day when India became a republic. Students and staff members attended the flag hosting ceremony and the occasion exhibited various cultural programmes.

“Makar Sankranti” festival was celebrated to commemorate the arrival of fresh harvest. Students decorated the reception lobby with decorative kites, various grains and pulses, kabbu (sugar cane) and clay pots. The main attraction of the celebration was when students and staff members worshiped the cow and offered bananas and a special meal .Students and staff members enjoyed the celebration.

To spread the message of love and joy among students and staff members, college organized “Merry Christmas” on 23rd December 2022. Students decorated the Xmas tree with lights, ornaments, tinsel, snow artificial stars, toys and bells all over it and decorated the lobby. Students sang a beautiful Christmas carol “Jingle Bell '' and wished everyone Merry Christmas on the occasion.

Kala-Koushalya Cultural committee of Dr. N.S.A.M First Grade College organized “Talents Day” on 21st December 2022. The main objective of organizing this event was to give a platform for students to evince their hidden talent. Mesmerizing performance was exhibited by students and staff members.
“Freshers’ Day” was organized by Kala-Koushalya Cultural committee in association with Students Council of Dr. N.S.A.M First Grade College on 21st December 2022. The main aim of celebrating “Freshers’ Day” was to welcome all new students. The celebration was accompanied by a ramp walk by students and staff members. There was a competition organized to instill confidence in students and enhance their creativity.

Kala-Koushalya Cultural Committee of Dr. N.S.A.M First Grade College organized a Mehandi competition on 10th December 2022. Mehendi reflects the rich Indian traditional culture .The purpose of the competition was to seek and develop the traditional values among children. Students enthusiastically participated in the competition. Students displayed their artistic designs through an array of mehendi on their hands.

To cherish our country's natural wealth , patriotic devotion and cultural heritage, “Ethnic Week” was celebrated for a week with different themes like Save Earth, Save water, Peace & Harmony, Martyr’s Day, and Traditional Day for the students and staff members.
